Giuliano Automotive – Keeping the Tyre Industry on the road!

It is nearly 30 years ago that Giuliano introduced the first 12v tyre changer for installation into vehicle. Literally wiping out the air-operated machines used prior this introduction, Giuliano went on to become a familiar sight in mobile fitting vans across Europe and beyond.

Fast-forward to 2026, and our ability to cater for mobile tyre operations has increased, with 3 different versions of tyre changers and 2 balancers forming a range which allows us to meet all criteria for both budget and type of vehicle.
Our ‘mobile’ tyre changer range consists of the SX116, SX118 tyre changer and the more recent ‘Sbacy’ model, which we feel represents the ultimate combination of maximum capability and minimum space consumption.

The Sbacy tyre changer offers super-automatic operation by way of pneumatic sideways movement of the operating arm, which can be configured to rotate left or right, depending on the preferred location in the vehicle. All machines boast the famous, patented Power X 4 cylinder turntable, which can clamp rims up to 26″.
Various assist arm designs are available, again to suit layout and application, and all models can be supplied in leverless or traditional lever design.

The most popular balancer for mobile installations is the P20 ‘handspin’ model, which can operate on 12v or 240v supply, and boasts 3D automatic input of the rim data. The compact footprint makes this the most versatile machine available without absorbing valuable space.

For those requiring a motorised model, the P43 can be supplied without the hood, again maximising space.
