Silver Swing 22 Tyre Changer

Well, in true Giuliano style, we brought you a game changer.
The ‘Silver’ line has already established itself as a unique line of product aimed at a very specific, but very common, type of customer. This is perhaps the customer that doesn’t see tyres as their main business, or might be getting into tyres for the first time, but wants to invest in a reputable product that is designed to last, and without the risk attached with extremely low cost tyre machines from unknown brands. Simply put, ‘Silver’ by Giuliano has its assurance in its very name.
This new model brings a high performance tyre changer within reach of the most modest, and smallest, of workshops, thanks to its clever design and excellent technical specification.
The ‘Swing 22’ offers all the benefits of fully-automatic operation, including impressive rim width capability and strength under pressure from a difficult tyre, into a space-saving design. Instead of manually swinging to the side, or automatically tilting backwards, the main turret swings to the side automatically – a kind of ‘best of both worlds’ for anyone short on space. This design actually came about for mobile tyre vans, where we knew that modern tyres and large alloy rims dictated a high level of machine, but space was a luxury that wasn’t available. We then realised that there was a requirement for this in conventional workshops, and knew if we could make it even more affordable, it would really put it within reach of those who were perhaps ‘on the fence’ about doing tyres due to space and investment. With it’s handy pneumatic bead-pressing ‘assist’ arm, the ‘Swing 22’ is a very capable machine, at a very convenient price!

Industry Leading Warranty Package – We know what it costs to build a tyre changer, ship it half way across the world, deliver/install it, support it, and stay in business as a result. Those costs are the same for everyone, and so when we see machines that are priced so cheap that ‘it seems too good to be true’, it is invariably because it is!
You have to ask yourself what are you getting at the price you are paying. Simply put, buying a ‘cheap’ tyre changer is a totally false economy. One damaged wheel, or one replacement gearbox, and it is actually a very expensive machine. The Swing 22 is designed to provide the same level of build quality and reliability you would expect from a machine bearing the Balco name, but it simply doesn’t include all the ‘frill’s that you would deem more necessary for higher volume or specialist users. Italian engineering from a company with 50 years experience is the first piece of reassurance you can take from this capable machine, and the fact that it is one of the most widely used models in the UK is another.
