It’s been a manic first week back for the Giuliano team, installing our garage tyre equipment to all four corners of the country! After a lot of miles, Friday was a PDI day, and the lads have been busy building and testing all the wheel balancing machines due to go out next week.
Unfortunately for our Technical Manager, Andy, he has had to do a last-minute trip to Cardiff to install an urgent Balco package for a customer who had been let down by another supplier, but not before helping Jaydn knock out this batch of Balco SL10s and Giuliano P43 wheel balancers ready for their new homes.
Wheel Balancer Testing
Everything that leaves our premises is subject to thorough testing following assembly; we don’t even apply the stickers until the machine is loaded. These pre-delivery inspection checks rule out any chance of ‘out of the box’ issues that would otherwise only come to light when the wheel balancer arrives on site.
We also pride ourselves on being super responsive. If a customer needs something quickly, we make it happen, snow or shine (and today was snow!). Not all heroes wear capes, but some do sport the famous ‘G’ on their chests.
