Last week our newest recruit, Chris Jones aka Jonah, installed a Balco wheel balancer and tyre changer to a very happy customer in Hull. With wheel alignment being his first passion (yeah weird, right?!), he naturally got talking to the customer about wheel aligners, and consequently arranged to go back today to demonstrate our Balco i-Lign 2 8CCD system.
Unsurprisingly the guy was super impressed, not just with the product, but with Jonah’s knowledge of vehicle geometry and the alignment market in general. So, we have a happy customer who has a valuable source of extra revenue and spin-off work, a delighted distributor, and we get the pleasure of scoring a Balco hatrick!!
