One month down the line, we are absolutely delighted – as is the customer – at the usability and performance feedback we have received.
We always had faith in our factory to provide us a great product, we have been down the road of a plethora of new products together over the years, but to say we underestimated just how good the XLiner would be is an understatement.

Key Features of the Giuliano XLiner 3D Wheel Aligner
This latest generation 3D wheel alignment system uses the ‘camera and target’ method, as opposed to CCD, to take the geometry readings. This style makes the heads less vulnerable by removing all of the technology from the wheel, and moving it to the machine. Ultra High Definition cameras, which offer an impressive 5mp definition compared to just 3.2mp from even the most famous brands, automatically follow the up/down movement of the targets to get the readings, in perfect sync with the up/down movement of the lift. There is no manual intervention or pressing of buttons.
The clamps use a new design of 4-point clamp, which ensures that there is no opportunity to mark the rim due to the way the pins fits on the rim edge, whilst a carefully geared adjustment system makes the speed of the adjustment to the right rim size (up to 26”) incredibly fast.
The operator can choose the style of software dependent on personal preference. Options include 4 wheel or 2 wheel alignment, and multi-step or slimmed down, minimum step, ‘Fast Track’ process.

Replacing the traditional, bulky PC, the XLiner uses a mini PC, which neatly tucks away safely in its own housing. In general, the aligner looks clean and modern, with no shortage of attention to detail on ensuring cables and components are hidden and safe.
The vehicle data can be selected by Country or Region, which means that even someone specialising in US vehicles or Asian imports can tailor the database to suit without having to pay for additional licenses. A portable version allows for complete flexibility across multiple bays.
