The first delivery of our new Gen P wheel balancer line arrived today at our Cambridgeshire warehouse. So, when we got a call earlier in the week from Wisbech-based Warman Wheels to say they needed a new balancer, we thought the timing would be pretty good. But alas, it wasn’t!
An attempted fix on their old wheel balancer was going to prove costly, but more importantly would mean at least another day or two without a balancing machine whilst we picked up the parts. Even though we were only 3 days away from our delivery, we knew it wasn’t good enough. So, being a true hero, our @Andy C went and picked up the machine we had in our showroom later that day, and was on their doorstep the next morning with their new P45 balancer!
The customer was delighted, and so were we – the feedback on the new machine being nothing short of amazing. With 3D, fully auto data input and laser-guided weight placement, the Giuliano P45 wheel balancer has been designed for those customers who need a machine capable of taking a hard life. The new-look injection-moulded weight tray not only looks stunning, it is also incredibly practical and durable. Warman Wheels are a specialist alloy wheel refurbishment and repair facility, who know the merit in investing in good quality equipment, with that ‘do the job right’ mentality evident in the quality of their work. Already using one of our tyre changers, they knew they could rely on Giuliano for honest advice, a quality product and first-class support. When we suggested the P45, whilst a premium model, would be the right one for them, the trust was already there.
