Of course, being around these installations for many years, we know a thing or two about positioning, weight distribution etc, but we don’t know the intricacies and nuances, and we certainly don’t manufacture the plethora of additional tools, equipment and specialist manufacturing that often goes into the creation of the perfect ‘fit-out’.

Questions like whether the balancer PCBs have been coated to protect them from the unavoidable condensation of a winters morning, or whether the tyre changer sacrifices performance for the sake of weight and space, are crucial to reliability and capability, but are all too often missed. Attached is an example of a van sent in by one of our customers who had his equipment installed only last week by one of our independent partners. Whilst photography might not be his strong point, he does have a very well equipped vehicle that is capable of dealing with anything that comes his way. With all product being powered by a 12v battery, the vehicle provides ample air storage through separate reservoirs mounted on the side of the van, customised tool and accessory storage, and still has plenty of room to carry stock.
